Background

Our mission with Aviation Media Group was to create a user-friendly website which ensured the company’s aim of personifying aviation brands was clearly achieved, whilst also resonating with the consumer audience, and achieving the goal of converting users.

They approached us wanting a full and completely new Branding and Website package. It was vital that the professionalism of the brand was reflected, whilst also retaining its whimsy character - reflecting that of its founder, Josh.

The Solution

We saw this as a fantastic opportunity for us to feature really good quality media, and integrate video content into a new site. Starting with clearly outlined requirements, we developed a strategy, wireframes, mock ups and then a full design, working with Josh to ensure that our vision matched, and indeed exceeded, his expectations.

The design process went perfectly, and the resulting site achieved a great dynamic balance of usability and attractive design with real visual flair. Similar motives ensure that the site feels consistent and familiar on every page, but it varies enough to keep it fresh and engaging. The curved design elements, for example, leading into pages and separating sections are a subtle, yet clear nod to the aircraft relationship.
