As a socially conscious business, we want to ensure Jolly Good Web makes positive contributions. To achieve this, we are aligning our behaviour to meet Environmental, Social and Governance aspects, taking a holistic view on our sustainability practices.

Armed Forces Covenant

As a Veteran-Owned business, we have made it our mission to support the veteran community. To demonstrate our allegiance to the Armed Forces Community, we have joined the Armed Forces Covenant. This recognises our obligation to ensure this group does not face disadvantages compared with other citizens.

Our Environmental Pledge with Carma

We recognise the important role UK businesses play in achieving a 68% reduction in carbon emissions by 2030. To contribute to this we have partnered with Carma, a Veteran-founded social and environmental impact organisation, dedicated to planting trees.

We are proud to work with Jim Holland and the Carma team, and by extension the Green Task Force which employs UK Veterans to conduct the tree planting. We feel passionate in supporting a pathway into employment for service leavers through nature based therapy.

We pledge to fund the planting of 4 trees per month by UK Veterans. And we haven't stopped there, every one of our projects will contribute to further tree planting.

Not only does planting trees help absorb carbon from the atmosphere, it also helps with tree species diversity, supports wildlife growth and reduces flooding risks.
